What makes for the BEST HOME INSPECTOR

The MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATION an inspector can have is proper formal training in residential building inspection and environmental testing, and the credentials to prove it.  Also important, this individual should have a long history of general contracting/remodeling/building experience. The best prepared home inspectors have had their hands on homes day after day, week after week, year after year…for years! NOBODY KNOWS HOMES BETTER THAN THE PERSON WHO HAS TAKEN THEM APART AND PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER – OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Have your home inspected by someone who has built and remodeled them, and been formally trained to inspect them.
